Kate spent five years running Concord Hill, her Brooklyn restaurant, and has built reputable wine lists, hosted events, and sold wines to top restaurants across New York City, Brooklyn, and New Jersey. A passionate advocate for natural wines for over a decade, she blends deep knowledge with a storyteller’s touch—connecting people to the farmers, winemakers, and places behind every bottle.

A native New Yorker, Kate moved to Bucks County after a lifetime in the city, in search of a slower, more grounded way of living. She found it through herbalism and working on medicinal herb and fruit farms—experiences that deepened her relationship to the land and sparked a new way of thinking about wine, plants, and seasonal rhythm. HAUS was born from that intersection: wine education and sensory storytelling rooted in hospitality, the natural world, and meaningful connection.
